Hotel Orfeas - Delphi

The room had a fine view from the balcony. Parking on the narrow street was challenging.

Hot water in the bathroom whenever I needed to.

They only accept visa credit card (they mention it in their policy) so in my case I was a bad customer who unfortunately owned a mastercard and had to pay cash. Make sure you ask for receipt (official receipt) when you pay them money. In my case they tried to forget to fill and give me a receipt but since I was a bad customer I asked them to just before I walk out of the hotel. Make sure that you are small enough to fit in their rooms (especially in the shower or bathroom) Make sure you don't watch tv or that your hands are 2 meters long as there is no tv remote control in the room (and their tv shows only 2 channels). Make sure you don’t need air condition either for hot or for cold air as there is no remote control of that equipment too. Soundproof rooms is something unknown to this hotel (interesting that you can hear any conversation of the rest customers who lives at the same floor without even leaving your room!!!) Forget about hair dryer, refrigerator or wastebasket in the room (there is a small wastebasket in the bathroom though). Don’t forget to ask for a room with view and balcony. Not all rooms have balcony and view. Some have only window (without view…). There are certainly better hotels at the same price in this city. I have a sensation that for the supposed low price I got a roof, one floor and four walls which is just fine but for a lower price than the price I booked and had to pay.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. All facilities were of a good standard and the hotel is close to the sights nearby.

The generous breakfast with local Greek specialties set a wonderful tone for the day.

The shower curtain was quite clingy, making for an uncomfortable shower experience.

The owner was very nice and picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station even though it wasnt very far to walk. \nice clean room. Good value

The staff is hospitable, and the proprietor too.

The overall cleanliness was lacking, with dirty linens and a musty smell!!! Internet connectivity was spotty was good!!!

15' walk from Delfi archeaological site and museum, 20' trip to Arachova town and 45' for picturescue Galaxidi. The staff was kind and helpful and the price more than fair.

Poor shower facilities and insufficient temperature isolation of the tiny- balkony door.

An exceptionally comfortable bed and an impeccably clean and huge room overall. Continental breakfast with delicious selection. Overall marvellous location just off the bus stand, and the ancient site of the Temple of Apollo.

The room was 'fine', but the shower was tiny and the toilet had obvious dirt and mould,how quaint! I arrived expecting a balcony with a mountain view, only to get a basement with a view of the 'charming' communal backyard. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't. Unbelievable treatment!

The location was good- near the city center only without the noise.

Very hard to find the hotel. The reception and the rooms are not in the same place. They actually have 2 hotels in the same street, but the reception is in the other one. There was no curtain in the bathroom . The furnitures are old and makes strange noises. We think the hotel does not worth the money we payed.

Hotel was modest and perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The room was cozy and spotless and huge with stunning views when I arrived. An air conditioning and a satisfactory WiFi were all available.
